our Approach
Most rabies cases can be prevented. We want to protect people, especially rural children, from rabies spread by dogs. We do this by vaccinating, promoting responsible pet ownership, and raising awareness. Our approach focuses on the health of humans, animals, and the environment.

Education & Advocacy
We educate vulnerable populations and advocate for better prevention and control of rabies in rural areas.

Vaccination & PEP
We promote access to animal vaccines and post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) for local communities.

Surveillance, Research & Laboratory
We support surveillance and research on rabies in Nigeria to inform public health policies.

Dog Population Management
We support the control of dog population through community engagement and stray dog management
